Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the Huvi and Sea Beasts mobile application (the "Application"), developed by Shimix Games (the "Service Provider") and made available as a free service. The Application is provided "AS IS".

1. Information We Collect

To provide gameplay, online features, and account services, the Application collects the following information:

Account Information

• Email address (used for account registration and login via Firebase Authentication)
• Password (encrypted and managed by Firebase Authentication; never visible to the Service Provider)
• User ID (a unique identifier assigned by Firebase)

Profile and Gameplay Data

• Player name (chosen by the user, displayed in chat, leaderboards, and brotherhoods)
• Selected avatar
• Game progress: coins, level, experience points, depth, inventory, equipment upgrades
• VS mode score and prize history
• Daily Quest progress
• Brotherhood (guild) membership and role

User-Generated Content

• Chat messages sent in World Chat and Team Chat
• Brotherhood names and descriptions (if you create a brotherhood)
• Reports you submit about other users (for moderation purposes)
• List of users you have blocked

Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect your precise or approximate device location
• We do not collect your phone number or contacts
• We do not collect photos, videos, audio, or files from your device
• We do not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to process your data or generate content
• We do not collect device advertising IDs (no ads currently shown)

2. How We Use Your Information

Information collected is used solely for the following purposes:

• Account management — creating, authenticating, and maintaining your account
• App functionality — saving game progress to the cloud so it persists across devices
• Multiplayer features — enabling VS matches, brotherhoods, leaderboards, and chat
• Moderation — processing user reports and blocked-user lists to keep the community safe

We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, or third-party analytics.

3. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored on Google Firebase services (Firebase Authentication and Firebase Realtime Database). Data is transmitted using HTTPS/TLS encryption. The Service Provider applies physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards consistent with industry practice to protect your information.

4. Third-Party Services

The Application uses the following third-party services, each of which has its own Privacy Policy:

• Google Play Services
• Firebase (Authentication and Realtime Database)

The Service Provider may disclose information:

• As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process
• When in good faith we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud
• With trusted service providers (such as Firebase) acting on our behalf and bound by confidentiality obligations

5. Your Data Rights and Account Deletion

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time.

How to Request Account and Data Deletion

To delete your Huvi and Sea Beasts account and all associated data, you have two options:

1. Visit our dedicated account deletion page:

2. Send an email to dubinki@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete My Account". Please include the email address used to register and your in-game player name (if known).

We will process your deletion request and remove your account within 30 days.

What Will Be Deleted

• Account email and authentication credentials
• Player name, avatar, and profile data
• All game progress: coins, level, inventory, upgrades
• VS mode score history and unclaimed prizes
• Brotherhood membership records
• Chat messages you sent in World Chat and Team Chat
• Daily Quest progress
• Your blocked users list

What May Be Retained

• Reports you submitted about other users (kept anonymized for moderation review)
• Records required by applicable law, tax obligations, or fraud prevention

Other Rights

In addition to deletion, you may request:

• Access — a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — fixing any inaccurate data

6. Opt-Out

You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application using the standard uninstall process on your mobile device. Uninstalling the app does not automatically delete your cloud-stored account; to remove your account data, follow the deletion process in Section 5.

7. Data Retention

The Service Provider retains user-provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you wish to have your data removed sooner, please follow the deletion procedure in Section 5.

8. Children

The Application does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13, and is not directed to children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and become aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact dubinki@gmail.com and we will promptly delete the information from our servers.

9. Security

The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We use industry-standard physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect data we process and maintain. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

10. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify users of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

11. Your Consent

By using the Application, you consent to the collection and use of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy.
